Reasons for the power decline in marking machine

There are many factors to decrease the power of laser marking machine. The common factors exist in the following eight points. The purpose of this paper is to give you a simple understanding of the related problems and solutions.

A. marking too fast the solution: slow down.

B. laser power output DC 30 V voltage drop, resulting in laser output power drop solution: replace the power supply.

C. the optical system is not accurate solution: adjust the laser. Solution: adjust the position of beam expansion mirror, the incident light should enter the center of light hole in the beam expansion mirror, and the output light should be in the center of light hole.

D.Workpiece surface no longer focal plane solution: tuning On the whole workpiece surface to focus

E.the position and direction of beam mirror are not exactly solved:

(1) the adjustment requirements of beam expansion mirror;

(2) the poor adjustment of beam expansion mirror has a great influence on laser marking effect, mainly reflected in:

a, laser power decrease;

b, the laser intensity in the marking format is not uniform;

c, the computer software sets the center to deviate from the light-emitting physical center of the lens;

d, can not play the effect of beam expansion.

F Laser out-of-center solution to enter the mirror: adjust the laser.

G, lens, lens stain phenomenon solution: cleaning or replacement.

H. If it has been used for 2-3 years, consider an end-of-life solution: inflating or replacing a new laser.
